2.75 cups (13.75 oz) all-purpose flour
0.5 cups (2.5 oz) cornmeal
1.5 tsp (0.165 oz) instant yeast
1.25 tsp (0.31 oz) salt
1 cup (8 oz) water
1/4 cup (2 oz) mild or robust molasses
3 Tbsp (1.5 oz) melted butter
Make the bread. Proof until doubled, 1.5-2 hours
Shape into loaf. Proof until it rises 1" above the loaf pan, 30-60 min.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Internal temp of 205-210
