Blender Hollandaise

1/2 cup butter

3 large egg yolks

1 1/2 to 2 tsp lemon juice

Pinch ground red pepper

Salt to taste

Heat butter until bubbling.

Combine other ingredients in Blender and blend on high for 3 seconds. With the blender running, pour in the butter in a steady stream. By the time the butter is all in - about 30 seconds - the sauce should be done. If not, blend on high 5 seconds longer.
