Carolina Finishing Sauce

2 cups cider vinegar

1 - 2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp crushed red pepper

1/2 - 1 tsp ground red pepper

2 Tbsp brown sugar

Heat vinegar. Add other ingredients and mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes.
