Cashew Turmeric Parmesan

1 cup cashews

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

1 1/4 teaspoons ground turmeric

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Add all the chosen Parmesan ingredients to a food processor in the order listed and process continuously until the nuts are a fine, sandy texture. Stop and scrape down the sides and bottom of the food processor 2 or 3 times throughout. Be careful not to overprocess, or you’ll end up with nut butter! Transfer the Parmesan to a glass jar with a lid and keep in the fridge for up to a month.
