186g (1.75 C) King Arthur Super 10 Blend
360g (3 C) bread flour
12g (2 tsp) salt
6.25g (2 tsp) instant yeast
113g (1/2 C) fed sourdough starter
340g (1.5 C) water
42g (2 Tbsp) honey
28g (2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
180g (1.5 C) Fruitcake fruit blend*
First proof 1.5 hours
Second proof 45-60
Bake 350 for 45 min

Recipe goes in to some fancy KA long covered pan and doesn't given dimensions, but I think ok for 9x5?
Fruitcake blend is nice and may work better than just trying to shove in cranberries, definitely a different taste to it.
The baking was also weird, they have you put the bread in the oven cold and do 425F, but I'm assuming that's a function of the fancy pan.
