Miso Honey Chicken

4 Chicken Thigh

3 Tbsp White Miso

2 Tbsp Honey

1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar

2 tsp Hot Sauce

1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Mix together ingredients.

Make slices in the chicken thigh.

Marinate the chicken for 2-12 hours, or overnight.

Grill over indirect heat to prevent burning.
Took about 40 minutes for large thighs in the grill.

Can bake at ~350F.
