Yeasted Waffles

1 Cup (8 oz) Water

1/4 Cup (2.66 oz) Honey

1 Cup (8 oz) Milk

1/4 Cup (2 oz) Butter

2 2/3 Cup (12 oz) Flour

3 Eggs

1.5 tsp (0.16 oz) Yeast (instant)

1/2 tsp (0.125 oz) Salt

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, stir the batter. Pour heaping 1 cup of batter into the waffle iron.

Bake until no steam escapes, 3-5 minutes.
It helps to evenly distribute the waffle batter with the side of the measuring cup after pouring in.

Waffles take maybe 6 minutes.
